Theological Formation and Supervision of Churches.

Under the responsibility of two theologians (Pastor Aggray and Pastor Mbala), the department performs four main tasks:

• Ensure spirituality and integration in today’s society through the organization of sensitization and information seminars
• Train and retrain leaders to provide leadership on the page to promote the African-speaking Christianity of which they are ambassadors.
• Create a space for the expression of the laity and squared formed within the churches and the ECAF.
• To be the transmission belt of the needs of formation of the base (churches) and their realization (CEAF or other institutions) by creating or negotiating training modules.
