The Board

A real laboratory, it is the place where everything is built. He is also in charge of the preparation of the General Assembly, supreme organ of the CEAF. The Council comprises 24 elected members divided into 6 groups: 6 pastors, 4 heads of department, 4 lay technicians, 7 members of the Bureau, 2 heads of commissions, the president of the Spiritual Council.

It meets once in the quarter to assess the activity of the FRC. It plays both the role of control and advice for the office that is in charge of the daily execution.

The Spiritual Council

A Congregationist in his ecclesiology, the spiritual council is the concrete assumption of this reality in the administrative functioning of the CEAF. It is the translation, at the head of the organization, of an effective participation of the member churches in the conception and the realization of the decisions, the projects. It is the place of the concrete involvement of the leaders in order to ensure the commitment of the member churches in the decisions of the CEAF.

Composed of the pastors responsible for the member churches, about fifty of them participate. Place of consultation, exchanges and sorting, it is the starting point. Ideas, visions and pre-projects express themselves freely. Those selected by majority vote are sent to the Board of Directors for grooming and transformation into a project to be carried out. These are then submitted to the General Assembly before landing in the concerned department for realization.
